FAQ about Phone Transfer Purchase, License and Refund Policy
For trial version, there are several limitations. On the “Phone to Phone Transfer” part, only first 5 contacts can be transferred. For “Restore from Backups”, you can only restore 5 contacts of all. As for “Erase Your Old Phone”, you may not use it at all.
If you’ve purchased full version, you may get benefit of all the function without limitation. All features are now unlocked, and you may apply it on up to 5 mobile devices.
2 How many computers can I register with my license?
According to the installation numbers of the license permits, licenses can be Single-User one or Multi-User one.
For the first one, it’s restricted to on only one personal computer in use at the same time. However, you may install and activate them on 2 computers. Likewise, one at home and another at work. In addition, if the software has been registered more than 5 times, you will get warning every time you use Phone Transfer. Even you install it on the same computer each time. In order to renew it, you need to purchase a new license.
For the second one, you can apply it to all the computers entirely within your family, company or corporation. Price for multi-user license depends on the end users quantity. Contact us via email to get a discount of it.
3 Does my license work on both Windows and Mac?
In short, No. The license on Windows and Mac are different. Since Windows and Mac are two completely different platforms, Phone Transfer Win and Phone Transfer Mac are working on different methods. As a result, the Win license can’t register Mac version and vice versa.
4 What should I do if I purchase the wrong one?
Please contact us to help you exchange the license within 30 days. You can get the refund to buy the suitable product. However, if your purchase record is over 30 days, you can’t get refund from it. Therefore, double check before paying the bill.
